Crossroads Mall is located in the Balcones Heights area of San Antonio at 4522 Fredericksburg Road.  The mall is located between I-10 to the east, Fredericksburg Road to the west, Loop 410 and access road to the north, and Crossroads Blvd to the South.   PARKING AND ADMISSION IS FREE.

The Amphitheatre is located outside in the northwest corner of the mall, between Super Target and SteinMart.  Elevator access to the amphitheater level is available on the main level of the mall. 

From I-10 East:
Exit Balcones Heights/Crossroads Blvd. and continue to mall entrance to the right on the access road, adjacent to VIA Park & Ride.  Enter the mall at either of the entrances from the parking lot and follow signs to the Amphitheater.

From I-10 West:
Exit Vance Jackson, and follow access road to Crossroads Blvd, turn left, proceed under the overpass, and up Crossroads Blvd to the mall entrance.  Turn right at Burlington Coat factory and park. Enter the mall at either of the entrances from the parking lot and follow signs to the Amphitheater.

From Loop 410 East:
Exit at Fredericksburg Road/Balcones Heights, take the access road through the intersection at Fredericksburg Road, continue on access road and enter the mall parking lot behind Jack In The Box and Wachovia or near Super Target.

From Loop 410 West : 
Exit at Fredericksburg Road/Balcones Heights, take the turnaround at Fredericksburg Road,  take east-bound access road,and enter the mall parking lot behind Jack In The Box and Wachovia or near Super Target.
